As some people have pointed on on boingboing, this appears to have been created using a photo of the woman applied to a convex mesh in order to simulate her moving face, along with a few CGI elements like her eyes. But still amazing I think.
it's fun to move the cursor really fast back and forth. also, she could looks like she could use some eye drops.
