Most of this stuff is old hat to even a slightly seasoned drunk. The only thing on this list I haven't heard of is drinking orange juice before bed for the vitamin C. I've heard of the three phased vitamin B6 trick, but I've never bothered to try it.
A few items I would add from my own trials and errors:
If you're feeling nauseous during the actual night of drinking, don't fight the urge to vomit before going to sleep. You'll feel a lot better in the morning without having to process even more alcohol.
Nauseous the next morning? Saltines really are the wunderfood. Once the nausea passes, high carb and fat, slow digesting foods like pizza or pasta alfredo are great for starting the process of regaining a sense of normalcy.
You've heard it said before, and I'll say it again: Tequila is a jealous mistress. Don't mix with any other liquor. Ever. Beer, maybe, in moderation, but that's all. I mean it. (And yet I too often ignore this rule.)
